Roebucks operate a dedicated 24 hour, 365 days a year, Criminal Defence Service for assistance at the Police Station and, if necessary, representation in the Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts both locally and nationally. There are always solicitors on call day and night to provide clients with immediate legal advice and representation. We will provide clients with FREE advice whilst they are detained at the Police Station. Should a charge or proceedings follow then we will make an application for Legal Aid to cover the costs of clients defence.

Our solicitors regularly represent drivers who find themselves before the Courts for motoring matters i.e. speeding which can result in disqualification from driving and potentially loss of livelihood. Our expertise ensures that drivers may avoid disqualification through careful interpretation of the law and the rules that appertain to it.
