Immediately upon the Joint Administrators appointment, they appointed Samantha Palmer and Jo Creamer as the Joint Solicitor Managers, both of Pinsent Masons LLP to ensure the safe transfer of client files and client monies to AWH Legal Limited ("AWH"). What will happen to my file?
To ensure continuity of service to you, we are pleased to inform you that all client files will be transferring to AWH a regulated law firm, as per the letter you will have received from Roebucks.
The new firm will be known as AWH Legal t/a Roebucks
We are pleased to let you know that all staff and fee earners will be transferring to AWH and can still be contacted on their contact telephone numbers. Roebucks contact details will remain the same and will continue to be based from their respective offices.
Can I instruct another solicitor?
Yes of course, you may instruct any solicitor of your choice. Please just let your fee earner know that you would like to instruct another law firm and they will immediately make arrangements for the safe transfer of your file, together with any other valuable documents Roebucks may have been holding for you in their secure storage and any client funds that Roebucks may be safely holding on your behalf.
What will happen to my Wills or Deeds?
We are pleased to let you know that all Wills and Deeds will continue to be securely stored in the current locations. Should you wish to retrieve any documents, or instruct any other firm to hold these documents on your behalf, please get in touch with AWH and they will be happy to assist you and arrange for the safe transfer of these documents either back to you or to any other solicitor of your choosing.

What will happen to my closed file
We are pleased to let you know that all closed and archived files will continue to be stored in their current locations and in the safe custody of AWH. Should you wish to retrieve these documents please get in touch with your fee earner or the using the following details:

AWH will be happy to assist you and arrange for the safe transfer of these documents back to you or to any other solicitor of your choosing.
What will happen to any client money owed to me?
AWH is a law firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. All client monies safely held in Roebucks' client account are not affected by the administration. Unless you instruct us otherwise, all client monies will be safely transferred with your file to your chosen solicitors firm's client account and will be allocated to your individual matter. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your fee earner or the Solicitor Manager team who are instructed by the Joint Administrators to assist with the transfer of client files and client monies from Roebucks;SolicitorManagerRoebucks@pinsentmasons.com
