LEYLAND OFFICE CLOSURE - Requests for Deeds, Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney

As of Friday 27 th September our Leyland office closed with all matters transferred to our Blackburn office.

Should our Leyland office have held your deeds, will or lasting power of Attorney documents these will remain in safe storage and we will continue with the safe-keeping of these documents. Storage will of course remain free of charge and nothing is affected by the closure.

Should you not wish for Roebucks to continue to retain your documents, you may attend our Blackburn office for collection. To arrange collection please follow the below procedure:

FOR WILLS

E-mail: documents@roebuckslaw.co.uk with your full name and address and any former address that may be on the Will and the date of the Will if known so we can identify the correct document in storage, advising you no longer wish for Roebucks to retain your documents.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and arrange a convenient date/time for you to collect your documents. Our aim is to be able to provide you with your documents within 30 days of your request.

When you attend our Blackburn office, you will need to come with your ID (both photo and address verification) and will be asked to sign a receipt to confirm release.

Alternatively, you can call 01254 274089 and speak to one of our dedicated team to arrange collection.
