We currently have two vacancies as follows:

Solicitor

We are currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor with up to 1 year PQE for our Private Client Department.

We offer a competitive salary and are committed to ensuring that our staff have access to the training they need both for their own development and to enable them to deliver a high quality service.

Candidates must have experience in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, obtaining Probate and Court of Protection work. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • The ability to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines and targets.

  • Good IT skills.

Experience of using computerised systems, including case management, digital dictation and voice recognition is desirable but full training will be given.

Paralegal

We are currently seeking to recruit a paralegal with the requisite background experience for our Private Client Department. For the right candidate there may be the possibility of the position leading to a Training Contract.

Candidates must have knowledge and experience in the areas of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Trusts and Court of Protection and be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Excellent time management skills.
